Description
An ivory crepe fabric from Italy that measures 135 cm (53") wide and which is an eco friendly blend of 29% Viscose and 71% Acetate, this weighs 185 GSM. It has a magnificent drape is ideally suited to a bridal gown for the environmentally aware bride. We also offer Habitat as a slightly heavier alternative.
These fabrics are eco-friendly because they are woven with sustainable yarns. The viscose comes as usual from cellulose but from "linters of cotton" - i.e. waste from the cotton spinning with a GRS certificate.
The acetate has a FSC declaration which shows it is produced in a way to protect woods and forests.
