Black Illusion Stretch Tulle - Illusionary

A very fine, lightweight elasticated stretch black tulle, that we offer in a range of colours. 

The stretch is in both directions. This fabric measures 145 cm (57") wide and has a very soft handle and can be used in selection of different ways.
